Important notes
Morro de São Paulo entry fee: Upon arrival on the island, a municipal tourist tax of approximately R$ 70 per person must be paid directly at the destination.
Porters in Morro: Optional service available at the pier. The cost is paid directly to the provider and it is recommended to agree on the price in advance.
Customs taxes: If you enter Brazil with goods that exceed the allowed allowance, taxes may apply according to current regulations.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Price based on a group of up to 20 travelers. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the trip may be canceled or rescheduled.
Fixed dates with limited places.
Rates are expressed in USD, values, airfares, and accommodation fees are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates and applicable taxes.
Hotels may be changed, always maintaining the same category or higher.
Flights are subject to schedule changes, which are the direct responsibility of the airlines.
Airfare includes one carry-on bag or backpack and one piece of hand luggage.
In the event of lost luggage, it is the airline's responsibility to provide compensation or payment for these items.
Rates are valid only for the dates indicated.
It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they comply with the entry and exit requirements of the country.
PAYMENT TERMS
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a 30% deposit will be required, which will eventually be deducted from the total amount. This deposit is non-refundable if the passenger cancels their trip. If the deposit is not made, the reservation will be placed on a waiting list and may be canceled or voided by the agency. This option only applies 100 days before the start date of the trip. Less than 100 days before the start date, 100% of the reservation must be paid.
Final payment must be made before March 15, 2026.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Non-refundable payment, 100 days before the start date of the trip, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE TRAVEL PROGRAM
The scheduled execution of this trip may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, etc.) or political instability that may lead to disturbances of public order and may constitute a risk to travelers in some of the destinations to be visited. Failure to comply with the contractual obligations of the travel agency's suppliers due to unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, or changes made by the authorities exempts the company from liability.

ACOMODACIONES: algunas instalaciones y/o servicios de los hoteles podrían verse temporalmente limitados, no estar disponibles o que las descripciones del mismo no sean precisas, en dicho caso es responsabilidad del hotel. DEVOLUCIONES/ ANULACIONES: Las políticas de devolución/anulación están indicadas en el voucher y en el caso de que no lo indiquen significa que tu tarifa es no reembolsable y tampoco permite cambios. En caso de que el pasajero no se presente en el hotel (no-show) incurre en 100% de penalidad.
CAMBIOS DE NOMBRE: No se permiten cambios de nombre o pasajeros.
TIPOS DE HABITACIÓN: No podemos garantizar la cantidad de camas de una habitación o que las habitaciones sean contiguas, dicho requerimiento es enviado al hotel en el caso de que el cliente lo solicite, pero queda sujeto a confirmación por parte hotel. Las habitaciones triples no implican tres camas, sino que, en la mayoría de los casos corresponden a dos camas y los pasajeros se deben acomodar en el mobiliario existente.
