Colombia with Coffee and Salsa

Day 01. Armenia: Arrival in the city of Armenia at El Edén International Airport. Transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Day 02. Armenia: Interactive Coffee Farm Experience (Private Service): Breakfast at the hotel. Spanish-speaking assistance and private transfer to Santa Rosa de Cabal, Risaralda. At the coffee farm, enjoy a guided tour through specialty coffee plantations, explaining the process from planting to pulping. Coffee beans are roasted in a traditional kitchen, offering an authentic experience. The tour includes viewpoints to enjoy the landscape and coffee tasting. You will also visit the drying process and milling area, ending at the main house with a coffee lemonade. Transfer back to the place of origin or connection with another scheduled activity. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

Day 03. Armenia: Salento & Cocora Valley Tour (Private Service): Breakfast at the hotel. Assistance at the place of origin by a Spanish-speaking guide. Private transfer to Cocora Valley with a welcome cocktail. Tour to admire the wax palm trees, spot the Andean condor (if lucky), and plant seedlings with an eco-guide. Then, visit Salento for a walking tour through its colonial streets, artisan workshops, and the Cocora viewpoint. Return to the place of origin. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

Day 04. Armenia – Cali & Buga: Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from the hotel lobby at 7:00 a.m. in private transportation (approx. 3 hours / 143 km). Transfer to Buga, a city known for its impressive Basilica of the Lord of Miracles, a pilgrimage center that attracts thousands of visitors each year. This religious sanctuary, built in the 18th century, is famous for the image of the Miraculous Christ, to whom numerous miracles and favors are attributed. The tour begins with a visit to the Basilica of the Lord of Miracles, where you may explore the shrine, attend mass, or participate in confessions. Continue to the Museum of the Miraculous to learn about its history, followed by a panoramic tour and free time for shopping. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Operating days: Daily. On the 14th of each month, the Healing Mass is held at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Day 05. Cali: Wine Route & 1 Hacienda (Private Service): Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, pick-up from the hotel lobby. We will begin with a tour of the vineyards, where you will learn about cultivation techniques and the winemaking process, from fermentation to bottling. Enjoy a wine tasting with pairing guided by experts. Then, lunch will be served at a countryside restaurant before visiting the selected hacienda:

• Hacienda Piedechinche: Featuring colonial architecture and the Sugarcane Museum, which showcases the history and evolution of sugarcane cultivation in the region.
• Hacienda El Paraíso: Famous for its architecture and gardens, it is a cultural symbol and the inspiration for the novel María by Jorge Isaacs.

Day 06. Cali: City Tour (Private Service): Breakfast at the hotel. At the scheduled time, pick-up from the hotel lobby. The tour begins with a visit to the Monument to Grupo Niche. Then, enjoy a walk along the Bulevar del Río, a place where you can experience the urban lifestyle and admire the architecture of La Ermita Church and Ortiz Bridge. Continue to La Merced Church, the site where Cali was founded, rich in history and significance. Explore the colonial neighborhood of San Antonio, home to the second oldest church in the city. Then visit El Gato del Río and the picturesque Las Novias del Gato Park. The tour ends at a handicraft store, where you can purchase souvenirs and enjoy a typical snack.
